The SSYO Code of Conduct outlined below is in effect for all activities related to all travel and orchestra events. Participants who fail to adhere to this SSYO Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary actions. Immediate corrective action will be taken to ensure the safety and welfare of all participants on the trip. The individual(s) will be given an opportunity to discuss the problem with a chaperone and Head Chaperone before any disciplinary action is taken.

If an individual continually disrupts the group or engages in any prohibited or illegal activity, parents will be notified and the participant will be sent home at the participant's expense. Such expenses may include costs incurred by the chaperone team in the effort to return the participant to Regina. Participants/parents will also be financially responsible for any damage caused by the participant.
